Independent Business Healthcheck - Quadrant rated "Superfit"
In December 2005 Quadrant entered the inaugural financialalert Advisory Practice of the Year - 2005 Awards and was named a regional finalist.
The awards aimed to promote and recognise advisory business excellence - recognising that success in financial planning requires not just talented advisers, but that those talented advisers be backed up by talented support staff and best practice structures that deliver. The awards are a rigorous and comprehensive look at every aspect of finaincial planning practices.
Quadrant was benchmarked against NZ and Australian Financial Advisory companies and to be named a regional finalist is testament to the high standards maintained by Quadrant advisers, support team and the company systems for client service.
All areas of Quadrant's business were assessed and a half day independent audit was carried out by judging panel member, Terry Bell (Managing Director of Business Health Pty. Ltd.). Bell stated "each of the regional finalists could easily fit into and successfully compete in Australia where the industry is more established." Quadrant was judged in the key areas of it's People, IT, Client Management systems and Management reporting.
